complain、grumble、moan、whine、whinge
注：These words all mean to say that you are annoyed, unhappy or not satisfied about sb/sth. 以上各词均含对人或事物感到恼怒、不高兴或不满之义。
解释：to say that you are annoyed, unhappy or not satisfied about sb/sth 指抱怨、埋怨、发牢骚
例句：I'm going to complain to the manager about this.我要就这件事给经理提意见。
grumble解释：( rather informal , disapproving ) to complain about sb/sth in a bad-tempered way 指咕哝、嘟囔、发牢骚：
例句：They kept grumbling that they were cold.他们不停地嘟囔着说冷。
moan解释：( BrE , rather informal , disapproving ) to complain about sb/sth in an annoying way 指抱怨、埋怨：
例句：What are you moaning on about now?你在抱怨什么呢？
whine解释：( rather informal , disapproving ) to complain in an annoying, crying voice 指哭哭啼啼或哭嚷着诉说：
例句：
Stop whining!别哭哭啼啼的！
‘I want to go home,’ whined Toby.“我要回家。”托比哼哼唧唧地说。
【注释】
Whine is often used to talk about the way that young children complain.whine通常用于小孩子抱怨。
whinge解释：( BrE , informal , disapproving ) to complain about sb/sth in an annoying way 指絮絮叨叨地抱怨
例句：She's always whingeing about how unfair everything is.她总是嘟囔着说一切都太不公平了。

用grumble、moan还是whinge？
These are all fairly informal words for ‘complain’. Grumble tells you how the person who is complaining feels (= they are in a bad mood) ; moan and whinge tell you more about how the people listening to the complaints feel (= the complaining is annoying them) .
以上三词均为complain的非正式用词。
grumble表达抱怨者的感受，即心情不好；moan和whinge多表达听者的心情，即抱怨使人心烦。
